Dear irtec,
Yes thats the correct paper size, it was printing ok just all of a sudden things changed without even intervention by users.
Please advise.

How do I fix Lexmark X500n paper tray error
I am getting a flashing error message on the LCD of my Lexmark X502n "PC Printing please load paper on tray 1 LTR" when I check the tray is full of papers, I have tried to remove the tray and inserted it back several time but that didn't help.I also checked to see the correct paper size is selected on the tray but that never solved the problem either.
Anyone with a solution please help.

I think the machine is asking you to put letter size paper on the paper drawer. Is that the size that it is on the paper drawer and also is that the size that it is configured on the machine?
