if the unit was configured to be managed by the DSview then you need to Reset the unit to default settings...  to reset to default you need to connect a null modem cable to the unit console port (at 9600, 8bit, 1stop bit, no parity) and through a terminal session you will be able restore the unit settings to factory default.
