HP 4015n "download file now send rfu upgrade on usb dv port" upgrade firmware

I have an HP 4015n that started giving us an download file now send rfu upgrade, attempting pushing firmware through USB with no luck "gave can't find file specified" and connected back on network and couldn't find the webdadmin. Need help on what else can be done

Are you trying to update the firmware or has the update process started accidentally and you want to stop it?

No it just started showing that on the printer. No update process was started.

If the printer is spontaneously asking for it it sounds like you have a hardware failiure and the printer can't use its existing firmware.

The firmware update needs to be done using a direct USB connection. Do you have the RFU image?

Without wanting to sound too pessimistic is this under warranty?

I do have the RFU Image and have tried to push it without any success it states "can't find file specified" and no it's not under warranty.

I have downloaded the proper driver from HP and installed the printer and found that also I placed the firmware file on the root of the C drive. I installed the printer and share it out, then I run the DOS command and still nothing.
