Printer can't communicate with computer
Communication not Available
Printer can't communicate with computer
Try these solutions:
Ensure power on. - It is on
Disconnect and reconnect the power cable. - Done this several; times.
Disconnect and reconnect USB cable - done this and replaced the cable.
Check Firewall - Turned it off and still wont work.
Restart computer - Done this.
Printer worked fine for weeks then started getting this message. Tried to update the drivers and it tells me I have the newest drivers. Tried to reload the install disk, but it stops after about 10-minutes. Checked the device and it says it is functioning correctly. When I switch it to my laptop it works fine using the same cable.

I would remove all software from computer and install it again. Disconnect printer cable and connect it again when apropiate durin installation.
