"The file can not be accessed by the system" error when installing HP 6110 printer from CD and software package.

I am trying to install a HP 6110 all in one Printer and when I click setup.exe it gives me the error: "The file can not be accessed by the system", This happens when running the file from the installation CD and it also happens if I download the software package from the HP website, I tried the 3 different packages from the HP website and non work, all of them give the same error. Any ideas?
