Barcode Scanner in Bright Lights

Zones: Computer Scanners by General, Peripherals

I am looking for a barcode scanner that will work in bright sunlight. It also needs to have a serial adapter on it. I have tried using different barcode scanner but it takes forever for them to pick up the barcode because of how bright it is. Does anyone have any ideas?
