i can send mails from the scanner , but i cann`t query the GAL , it come up with "LDAP commutation error " on the scanner LCD. i can store locally 100 users on local address list, please advice

Is it Active Directory/Exchange you're querying via LDAP? I think entering an LDAP path into the place I mentioned above might help.
Also, it is often conventional to log in to LDAP with a user@domain username instead of just the username.
Have a look at the image I've attached - I think this is where you may be able to find the Global Address List (unfortunately my experience with Exchange is limited, so this may or may not be relevant to your problem.)

You might need to enter a path in the "Search Directory Root" box as a base dn, where LDAP should look for the user you're authenticating as (and perhaps to obtain a list of users within the directory as well.)
nt,DC=myco mpany,DC=c o,DC=uk
For example, if you want to search the entire directory, you might use something like
DC=mydomain,DC=co,DC=uk
Or searching inside a specific OU:
OU=myusersou,OU=mydepartme
