Question
Epson Stylus Photo RX500 Printer / Scanner will not work
When I press the "On" button, my Epson Stylus Photo RX500's buttons for "Copy" and "Setup" will light up, but they will turn off in a couple of seconds. It will not do ANYTHING else - and the message center will not even light up.
Any ideas? Is this even worth trying to get fixed or should I just buy another one? It is not our primary printer; We just use it for the scanner and printing some photos.
Disclaimer, I do not use this printer that often, and I did not have it plugged into a power strip. So it is possible that the problem may be due to a power surge.

ubless you have hardware skills, and access to spare parts (eg from a similar one) i would buy a new one
