Double sided scanner recommendation
I'm trying get recommendations for a good double sided scanner with OCR software. Doesn't matter if the software would be seperate, just looking for ideas. Here is my scenario:
We take in about 1200 - 1400 contracts a month and my goal is to have the adf scanner scan them in and with the OCR identify the customer name, cell number, and date. Those three things would be used to name the pdf file. That way doing a search by name or phone number would be quick. Currently all the contracts are being filed by hand, which takes forever. My goal is to cut down on the used paper and file everything electronically.
I'm looking for suggestions on both a double sided scanner and software that supports multiple OCR fields for naming purposes.
