Unable to scan from a Sharp network printer to PC.

I've installed Sharp MX2300N PCL6 printer driver for 3 WindowsXP SP3 computers and was able to print documents successfully. Then installed Sharpdesk Network Scanner Tool & created user profiles on each PC. The printer can be detected but the profile could not be saved to the printer. When saving a profile, there's an error message, "Failed 12152 - The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response". The same error occurred on all 3 PCs. Any suggestions how to resolve this issue?

See if they have a pcl5 driver instead of using the ipv6 driver. I'm not a big fan of the ipv6 drivers for printers its a hit or miss on them for me.

@Spankie, thanks for the suggestion. This was not the solution though. The solution that worked for me was to uninstall NST. Set the PC to a static IP. Disable QoS Packet Scheduler from LAN properties. Restart the computer. Then re-install NST & re-create the user profile.
