Remove blank pages from scanned documents

We have a duplex scanner and these programs available to use, Adobe Acrobat 8, Capture Perfect 3.0, and omnipage 16. I have been trying to figure out or if there is a way for any of these programs to automatically remove blank pages. When scanning duplex not all the documents in the stack has info on the back. This would be a great help. The scanner is also a Cannon DR7090C. I have looked other places for this info wiht no luck. Thanks!
