Pre system startup scanner for getting rid of malware

I have a pc I am trying to clean that has Antivirus 2008, and several of it's buddies on it. It refuses to allow me to install anything on it. I would like to do a scan of the hard drive prior to booting up into windows. Can you recomend a free scanner if there is one that I can use.Start Free Trial
