Smart Card and .net development

Hello,

I have been looking for a good .net and smart card resource and I cannot seem to find on.  I am working on an application in C#.net windows based.  What I would like to be able to do is open a file that has been provided by a smart card.  The file will either be in a csv format or bin format.  I would like to translate the data in the file and display it to the screen.  Has anyone done this or know of a good resource to help me through this?
