How can i get my motioneye camera to work?

Tags: my laptop model is PCG-392L

i got my computer back from the computer store because my hard drive was failing and now my motion eye camera will not work, i can't even find it. so my quetion is, is there a way to redownload the software for it or is there some way to find the camera to use it again?
