Hi Experts,

I have a restaurant in the beach and I wanted to use a camera that focuses on the surfers.
the camera is going to be placed 400 meters of the beach.
I wanted to put the live captures of this camera in my website.

What kind of camera should i have to use (IP Camera)?, which hosting streaming server?
I will say my website will have between 500 to 1,000 visitors the first 6 months and then grow to maybe no more than 1,500.
I am going to use php for my website.
