The MyHD card and companion daughter card will give you DVI input.  The last time I checked, you couldn't recordusing this input, but that may have changed since.  The ones most knowledgeable about it can be found on www.avsforum.com in the Home Theater computers section.  The owner of Digital Connection, Kei Clark, reads and posts there, as well as a few hardware engineers who know the card pretty thoroughly.

Darn.. I just posted info to your previous post that is probably more suited for this question. I guess the bottom line is that you might want to look at other forms of capture other than DVI input as there have been some great steps in capturing HDTV using other mediums.

Oh well here it is from the other post:
There are been some success recording from a firewire capable HD boxes to windows. You can read about the method here:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=5eb258f4d075ef107da6da59454f6b0e&threadid=403695

There is also a new product that will allow HDTV recording to your windows box that is discussed here:
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=5eb258f4d075ef107da6da59454f6b0e&threadid=409442

And here is another good thread about current HDTV recording options:

hi
you must check for a DVI card that has the DVI ( IN ) interface

good luck
As I had posted on your other thread, you can't record uncompressed HDTV from your cable box using the MyHD card.  Here's the pertinent thread: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=416701&highlight=MyHD+DVI+capture
There is also a (under development/experimental) card available from  DVICO that allows for unencrypted QAM captures:
