Keyboard Problems - Take a look
Hello everyone,
This is an issue that not even reformatting and re-installing XP will change? I am not sure what I did, but somehow my keystrokes have been changed on my keyboard. It is a Dell Inspiron 600m, laptop. When I hit the backspace button when I am at the desktop with nothing open, it brings up the Search window. If I am in e-mail or IE, and hit backspace, it shows []y, after first trying to open the search field. If I hit spacebar, it enters N/? I am not sure what sequence of keys I hit or what happened, but really would appreciate some insight as to what might be going on.
Thanks,
cakelly

Thank you. I had tried everything except that and it worked! It seems so miniscule but it was driving me crazy and that is the only thing I think I didn't do. Your help is appreciated!
