EMC SAN Disk mount query with SNMP on Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I'm running a Windows 2003 SP2 server enterprise and have a LUN from a EMC SAN (CX3-20c) mounted on a folder.  I need to query the server with SNMP to get the total, and used space from the SAN mount.  When I do a snmpwalk on the server, the system drive shows but the SAN folder mount is not showing at all.  I have been looking at the output from a snmp walk on the server itself thinking it might be in there somewhere but nothing. I have also searched the web but no luck so far.

The EMC Server is running Navisphere 6.24.0.7.0

On the Windows server I have installed
NaviCLI 6.24.1.5.0
Navisphere Powerpath 1.1.0.EF2.b105.GA
Microsoft iSCSI Initiator 2.03-build3099
Navisphere Server Utility 6.24.1.4.0
