Dell Poweredge 830. Blinking Amber on front panel.

Our Dell Poweredge 830 server, (2 gig ram, Sata Raid) has been running Centos Linux (3 & 4) for about 18 months now, no problem.

===>Problem: Instead of the steady blue led on the front panel,  it now blinks Amber.

Otherwise the system is working 100%, including the 2 250gig drives that are configured as one 500gig via the Dell firmware.
The fans, both cpu and power supply, are functioning.
The 4 leds A-D on the front are also ok, steady green.

1. What does this Amber blinking mean?
2. Is there a bootable cd image from Dell that would upon boot allow me to upgrade all firmware and bios?
(At the Dell site, there are about 40 or so upgrades available, but I fail to see one program or cd (image) that does it all.)
