Migrate to RAID

Hello Experts,

I need to migrate my Windows 2003 SBS to a RAID solution. Current Hardware:
Dell Poweredge 440SC No Raid, Single SATA drive.

I would like to move the Booting HDD with OS to a RAID solution.
Can I buy a card, ANY or Dell only? Can I move the bootable disk to this card and NOT have to reinstall? OIf so, what are my choices in cards with the DELL BIos and the steps required to make this happen?
