Proliant ML 110 what management options are availble on base system?

I used to work with Compaq systems years ago, and they had Compaq Insight Manager that gave a general system health and management.  I just purchased a Proliant ML 100, and I'm befuddled.  I can't figure out how to use or if there is any basic system health monitors.  I'm running Windows Server 2003 Standard R2.  It loaded a driver for a HP NULL IPMI Controller which seems to indicate that there is some type of basic management interface, but I can't figure out how to access it.  Anyone with experience on these models?  My main goals are:

- Monitor Basic Server health (temps, error states, etc.)
- Monitor Array Controller & Disk health (temps, error states, etc)

So if the 100 Series doesn't have iLo, what is included on the LO100? How do I access the functions of the LO100?
