Enable iLO on a HP ProLiant DL380 G3 Server

I just got a HP ProLiant DL380 G3 from the county municipality where i live, and it has been kill-disked and all other sorts of removing information.
I just installed Windows 2003 Enterprice R2 on it, and it is working perfect.

But i wan't to enable iLO on the server, but it is not enabled.
When i boot the server the POST message about iLO says:
  Integrated Light-Out Disabled

How can i enable it?
I have no option to configure iLO with the F8 key.
