Want to migrate SCSI disks from one ML370 G3 to a ML370 G4

Has anyone tried this?  The SCSI controllers are the same brand, but the newer box has a newer version of the SCSI controller.  I have everything backed up, so im not THAT worried about it, but i would prefer not having to rebuild my entire box.  In theory, if i put each disk in its exact spot in the array, will it recognize them in their logical setup, or will i need to reconfigure?

Lastly, how bad will windows reject the new hardware?  Ive done a simple disk move on an xp box before, and it mostly works, detects new hardware, etc.Start Free Trial
