Dell Powedge 2850, No Post, No Display, No Beeps - Help Please

Hi all,

I have shipped a Poweredge 2850 from another location where it was owrking perfectly.
I connected KVM today to boot it up and the LCD looks ok - no flashing, no beeps, no video display signal.
It makes a lot of fan nosie and sounds like it is powering up but it does not go any further and I can't even get any output to my display.
I opened the top up and checked the RAID memory was seated ok, I took it out and put it back.  I have just now checked ALL the memory is seated ok - it has main power into both power sockets.
Please give me some advise to troubleshoot this issue - It would be so so bad if I could not use this server.
It has 4x146GB SCSI drives in RAID & 6x512BM RAM
Please help!
