I am trying to install Windows server 2003 on an hp Proliant Ml-370 G3 server. i get as far as the screen which says to setup windows now press enter to quit setup press f3 etc. When i press enter to setup windows i get the following message:

Setup did not find any hard disk drives installed in your computer

Make sure any hard disk drives are powered on and properly connected to your computer and that any disk related hardware configuration is correct, this may involve running manufacturers supplied diagnostic or setup programme.

Settup cannot continue to quit setup press F3

and I am now no wiser as to what to do, as HP have been very unhelpful i was hoping someone on here may be able to send me a link to some instructions.
