Continuously reboots at windows splash screen

Tags: Microsoft, Server 2003, SP2, DELL poweredge 6850

After rebooting the server it has now gone into a continuous reboot.   I am trying to get to the recovery console but cannot get the scsi drivers loaded have contacted dell but the link to the drivers they gave does not work also.
Also what is the best course of action once I reach the recovery console.
The server is a domain controller; although another does exisit on the network.Start Free Trial
