cannot copy

i'm trying to copy some files from my server to another server. the files reside in the d:\sys\clients\federal. i copied the sys folder to a the new server, but the federal folder did not copy. i tried to copy this folder separately, i got the error message " cannot copy or replace access denied". i tried to remove the permission on that folder, still the same thing.
any solution please, i need to transfer this folder so bad to the new server.Start Free Trial
