HP Proliant ML370 G5 won't boot from CD

We just bought this new server and installed Netware 6.5 sp7 just fine from the Netware install CD.  We booted from it as normal and installed without problem.  However, I want to start over again with the install.  It now won't boot from "any" boot cd from the cdrom drive.  It bypasses it and boots the server partition from the raid 5 setup.
How do I get this server to boot from a startup cd or any device before the startup hard drive.  I have checked the bios settings and it is set to boot from floppy, cd, usb, hd in that order.Start Free Trial
