Is it possible to move disks from one server to another?

Hello Experts,

I have an Exchange server running on an HP DL360 G5 with two disks in a RAID 1.

If for example, the motherboard failed on this server, would it be possible to take the two disks out and put them into another DL360 and somehow 'import' the RAID?

Does anyone have a procedure for this?
