VPN-PPP Can't see workgroup computers.

Hi all,
I've set a VPN connection recently for a project our company is working on.
I've been able to establish a connection but I cannot see other computers on the network.
Meaning The client pc cannot see host pc's and vice versa.

IT'S PPP protocol and the workgroup name is the same for all pcs involved.
The VPN is setup on WindowsXP pro computer.
I have ports forwarding for the router to the VPN server.

What am I missing thats not allowing me to access workgroup pcs on the host side of the VPN?
