DRAC4 Console Redirect view only

I installed a DRAC4 card into my Power Edge 840.  I've updated to current firmware from Dell website.

Most of the operations on the card work fine.  I can connect to the console "Console Redirect" and see the remote screen, but can not input anything.  Like it's set to view only or something.

I haven't used DRAC cards before, so I assume I'm doing something wrong.  Does anyone know what the problem might be?
