Thanks for your suggestion. I will go over to the site on Saturday and test this out.

The site has 40 workstations which I can access via Windows Server software, but entire network doesn't connect when I try to connect via Acronis. Would appreciate any help on resolving this issue.

Hi, I didn't have to disable the firewall and the workstation, but I did do a couple of different things. I was able to backup last night by mapping the backup drive on the SNAP Drive on remote system, sending out remote software again. When I went back and started the backup process I selected backup path by IP address and continue backup in regular way and it seemed to be working fine.
The Arconis software is still not reconizing the Network with the Arconis True Image Console window, but it started the backup. The Arconis software is still not allowing the original path to the
workstation(s) and I don't really know why. This morning I'm going over to the site to see the results to make sure it didn't have any error messages.
My idea of using the IPs addresses worked for the workstations that I was backing up before. But not the new 3 additional workstations that I am trying to back up via the Acronis Software.
I am able to go to the workstation and backup to files to my SNAP drive the workstation database application. I would like to figure out how to get the 3 additional workstations backed thru Acronis, but
software is still not recognizing WS plus I get the following error when trying to send Acronis software backup agent to workstation:
E000807D5: Computer "192.168.1.73" is not found.
The computer with the specified name is not available on the network. The possible reasons might be that the computer is shutdown or the name is invalid.
Anyone have any ideas?
I had a Microsoft engineer at the site last week and we agreed that a new install of Acronis Backup software is needed. Due to multiple server unexpected shutdowns by staff closing server door and overheating server we believe the software has become corrupted.
I am closing this issue. Thanks to every one for your suggestions.

if not, try to disable the firewall on server and one of your workstation.
