Old small business server 2003 lost password

I have an old small business server 2003 which was set up by a previous employee and pushed aside for years due to the fact that we only needed to run on on a single server at the time. Now we need to set up the secondary server and do not have the admin password. How can I either boot the system without having this password or reinstall the small business server operating system? I tried booting from the operating system cd on both cd roms but Windows tries to start up everytime instead.

Thank you. I tried this solution and it didn't work on the server. I was able to sign on to another laptop with the same issue using that solution but it didn't work for the server. The weird thing is that I have even tried reinstalling the server's operating system and it refuses to boot by cd. Do you have any other suggestions???

While your suggestion did not work on the server it did work for a different laptop, which is why I awarded you the points. In regards to the server we finally located the password and were able to log in!! : ) Thank goodness for sticky notes!! : )
