IBM Server X3650 ServerRAID Manager reports "Failed drive"

I have an IBM Server X3650 with 2 Logical drives.   Logical drive 1 (2 -  72G drives mirrored for OS) and Logical Drive 2 (3 - 146G drives in RAID5 for DATA).  ServerRaid Manager reports "Logical drive is critical:  Controler 1, logical drive 2 ("Drive 2")".  The 3 - 146GB hot swappable drives does not have a bad indicator light on them so i cannot tell which of the 3 is bad.  or if the controller itself is bad.  or is it misreporting?  I would like to find out which of the 3 drives is bad, or is the controller bad, or is it just mis-alerting me.  Server still running but in critical condition.

Yes it is.  its in critical but currently working state.  My question is how do i fix it?  it doesnt specify which disk is in critical condition.  there are no lights on the drives to tell me its going bad.  there are 3 146GB disk in this Logical drive set.  i checked the ServerRAID manager and all it tell me is that there is a problem with logical drive 2.  but doesnt specify which of the 3 in that set.

ok i downloaded the s/w.  ran it and it created a HTML file.  but when i try to open it, it opens in txt mode.  and its a 28m file.  i tried to scan thru it to see if i can make sense of it but cannot.  how do i read this file?
anyone else got any ideas?
i got the HTML report but it doesnt appear to have any info regarding what is bad or going bad.  although there are a ton of info there.  I converted it to a TXT file so i can do a search.  what should i search for?
