How to reset the username and password on the iDRAC7

We have a Dell PowerEdge R320 server which was installed by a previous contractor. I have noticed that the IDRAC7 login is not the default and therefore assume that it has been changed. What would be the must convenient method of resetting the iDRAC login back to it's factory default of "root" and "calvin"?

I have downloaded and installed Dell OpenManage Essentials and OMSA but can't spot any utilities in there that would allow me to reset the iDRAC. Do I really have to Telnet into it in order to reset it?

To restore factory defaults, the actual racadm command is racresetcfg not racreset as specified in the "accepted answer".
The racreset command described in the answer (as opposed to racresetcfg) should be followed by "soft" or "hard" and hard/soft reboots the iDRAC; it doesn't reset its configuration at all.

However, if you don't have login credentials for the iDRAC, racadm may get you nowhere because it requires those credentials for racadm over LAN.
I such cases, you will likely need to reset from the POST as described above.
