Hard drive failure

Greetings,
I have a user that has 1720 smart hard drive detects imminent failure Failing Drive SATA 0 (dark blue) Failing Attribute # 05
when attempting to boot up. If i hit F1 i can boot up, if i try to run self test it fails on #4.
Hard drive dying? Anything we can do besides replace the HD?

HP compaq dc5750 sm form Window xp

Thanks, I was able to boot windows and save what was needed ordering replacment HD, i have the user just to hit ctrl,alt,delete and lock the PC until HD arrives.

hello we need help please

Our computer is showing the following message : Failing drive SATA 0 (dark blue) Failing Attribute hash sign 05 how can we solve this problem it only gives one option to press f1 boot and then it will take you to blue screen: which says Technical Information Stop: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x8298cDA0, 0x8298CF14, 0x805D29E
