Thanks, I was able to boot windows and save what was needed ordering replacment HD, i have the user just to hit ctrl,alt,delete and lock the PC until HD arrives. <br />

when attempting to boot up. If i hit F1 i can boot up, if i try to run self test it fails on #4. <br />
Hard drive dying? Anything we can do besides replace the HD?<br />
