I would suspect the cable, a SAS wide port is made from bundling together several single lanes - there are 4 lanes in the cable and normally all 4 are bundled into a single wide port, sounds like you have one or more lanes missing. &nbsp;If you have two switches and dual domain I would reseat the cable both ends after checking (under MPIO, etc) that each host sees both connections.
