The Solution Rating System

Reformat 160GB Fat32 external USB drive as Fat32

Hi, I have an external USB hard drive formatted with Fat32.  

I would like to reformat the drive (leaving it in the FAT32 format).  

Basically I want to wipe everything off of the drive because it is having problems with deleting old files and I just want to start fresh.  

Are there any utilities available for doing this from a Windows XP Pro machine?

 I can't use the windows utility because the drive is 160GB and the windows utility is limited to 32GB.  Also, all of the utilities I have found are for converting from NTFS to FAT32.  This isn't what I am looking for.
