1. On the Security Server, open the ..\Program Files\Trend Micro\Security Server\PCCSRV\Private folder.
2. Double-click the ofcserver.ini file to open it in a text editor.
3. Under [INI_SERVER_SECTION], change the value of the Master_Pwd parameter to:
70 (this sets the password to 1)
4. Save and close the file.
5. Restart the Trend Micro Security Server Master Service.
6. Open Internet Explorer then click Tools > Internet Options.
7. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies > OK.
8. Click Delete Files, select Delete all offline content, then click OK.
9. Click Clear History > Yes.
10. Click OK.
11. Close all open windows of Internet Explorer.
12. Log on to the Security Dashboard using the password you set in Step 3.
13. Change the Security Dashboard password to something more secure.

If your dashboard hangs up its because your install is trashed...believe me im still going through hell with it. I guarantee you if it hangs kill the ofcservice process then restart it. It will get you back in. BUT it will hang on you again. if it does try restarting the master service, it probably wont even stop for you and you will have to kill the process again. I guarantee you your password will get screwed up again. Did you do upgrade or clean install? probably an upgrade? if so uninstall it use the manual uninstall instructions from their support site. Your next step will probably be uninstalling their firewall driver.
