Ok what I need is a suggested gross yearly salary for the below example, I also need lots of backing for this, as in why, and sources. Points wont necessarily go to the highest posted average salary, but the most reasonable, and documented. For example if you use a salary calculator, post it, if you use wanted positions from a job source, document it.
