Browse All TopicsHave a Cisco PIX firewall with a 4 port module inserted. I am trying to connect a server to interface e2.
When I connect the server to the PIX, the server NIC link light stays dark. Tried both cross-over and straight-thru cables. Verified that server NIC works by connecting it to a switch--the link light comes on.
The interface is enabled--interface ethernet2 auto
Here is the config for enterface e2--
