Finding text within all files within a folder

Hi guys hope u r well and can assist.

I have the following requirement to find the following text in whatever file it is located in within a folder.

Im just now sure what tool/command to use in order to find text in a folder of a bunch of files.

Im running Redhat Enterprise Linux 5.

The folder is /usr/libexec/webmin/blue-theme

The text Im trying to find is...

if (window != window.top) {
      window.top.location = window.location;
      }

I want to be able to find what file or files the above lines of code are in, in the folder /usr/libexec/webmin/blue-theme
