We generally use to rename/delete user’s profile after taking backup of Data to resolve profile related problems.


Whenever you will rename/delete user’s profile in windows 7, it doesn’t allow creating the same profile. Every time user logs on, system creates a temp profile & the same is deleted along with profile data when user logs off.

1) press ctrl,alt,delete at same time and select open task manager
2) click processes
3)sort by CPU USAGE
4) observe the top few processes that are stealing your computers life. some processes that are commonly on top of the list are:
