problem packaging usmt 3.01 for SCCM 2007

Hi, all.

I have a problem during OSD task sequence.c The procedure stops during 'restore user state' with the following error in the reports:

i package usmt in the following way:
-installed usmt 3.01 on local sccm server on c:\usmt.
-copied InstallUSMT301_x86.msi into c:\usmt
-create usmt 3.01 package pointing to c:\usmt.
-replicated the package on the distribution points.

do i miss something?
