Have a user here who has been using webmail through a local provider. As she is running out of space and has no way to file at the providers server, she decided to go with a mail client and has now set herself up downloading the messages into outlook express. Her question:<br />

How can she get the 'sent' mail that is in her online folders? The client gets the inbox stuff, but she has a whack of messages in the online sent that wants to retrieve.<br />
