How to block Sopcast on my firewall?

Hi experts,

One of the networks I administer is behind a Cisco Pix 515E and a number of the users behind this firewall are using Sopcast, causing the Internet connection to throttle. The powers that be have said it must be blocked on the firewall, but I cannot seem to find the definitive port numbers for Sopcast. I've even heard it uses "Firewall and NAT traversal technology to pass 90% P2P barriers".

Is this true? If so, how can I prevent it from working?
