Trying to change port 25 to new server on Cisco 871 router

Hi All,
I am trying to change port 25 on router to forward to new exchange server but getting error that "Static entry in use, cannot change"  I even tried to power down last night and try it then but still getting same error.  I really need to get this changed.  Thanks for any advise.
