Framenet 1.11 over Framenet 2.0

I wonder if I need to install Framenet 2.0 over Framenet 1.1 or if Framenet 2.0 alone is enough.

When I install Framenet 2.0 alone, Windows update still offer me to install Framenet 1.1 as
a facultative update.

is it a Microsoft Glitch or should I install 1.1 and let it there before installing 2.0 ??
