With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? CSS drop down menu not working in Firefox - OK in IE - Dreamweaver extension

I have asked this question once but did not receive a solution - I think the line of response went down the wrong road (looking at Javascript) so I'm trying again.  

Please take a look at http://www.pier32.co.uk/index.htm - dropdown is fine in IE7, not in Firefox. Please can someone spot the problem and make Firefox work.

The CSS drop down menu is a commercial dreamweaver extension that for some reason is not working on this site, on Firefox, but does work on this site in IE7 and does work in other sites I've set up in Firefox.

For example, the script works in Firefox here - http://www.brushstroke.co.uk/. - the javascript below is identical on both sites (I have compared side by side). So if the javascript is the same then I think it's a red herring to spend time looking at the javascript - it may be 'jacked up mish mash' but it works on 6 different sites of mine and hundreds of sites for other people - so surely the problem must be on the html page somewhere because this is the only variable?
