Because i'm working on my website i would like to prevent Firefox from loading the site from cache as it doesn't reflect the most recent changes - how is this done ?

If i use firefox to access company intranet, it prompts me for login and i can access with no problem
If i use internet explorer it tells me that the page cannot be displayed.

When I open a new window from Firefox, the popup window open ok but the parent window is replace with this message [object Window]. The inital call to open window is made from flash.
